Office cancellation policy:

• Cancellations are not accepted by email
• In order to maintain the high standards we provide our patients 2 business days (48 hrs) is required in order to avoid charges

Remember, a broken or failed appointment is a loss to three people:

• The patient who missed the valuable time.
• The patient who wanted the valuable time.
• The dentist who was fully staffed and prepared for the visit.

Payment policy:

We are aware and sensitive to our patients’ financial needs however we request that payment be made upon the day of treatment.
To assist our patients we offer a variety of payment options.Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Cheques and Cash are accepted. We offer the convenience of third party financing with DentoPlan to facilitate more comprehensive treatments.

Note: there will be a $35.00 processing charge for all NSF cheques.

Insurance:

Please bring all of your insurance information with you on the day of your first appointment to facilitate our electronic processing services. We will prepare the required forms and them on your behalf and help you make the most of your benefits.

Our goal is to provide you with the best treatment you require based upon our findings. Your dental insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company. Insurance coverage is limited to the specific coverage described within each policy. We will gladly guide you through the insurance claims process.

The referral of friends and family is the greatest compliment you can give and is greatly appreciated. We are always accepting new patients.
